: Review date:The almond flavour of Granovita's puree is less intense than that of other brands. Since the almonds are blanched and not roasted, it is also quite sweet and has a fine marzipan note. This makes the paste very suitable as a sweet spread or for baking cakes etc., but in my opinion less suitable for cooking savoury dishes. Its consistency is creamy to almost liquid. This is good because it makes it very easy to work with. Sometimes oil is deposited on the surface. However, this is quite normal with this natural product, you just have to stir the puree again.
Bei dem Mus von Granovita ist der Mandelgeschmack weniger intensiv als bei anderen Marken. Da die enthaltenen Mandeln blanchiert und nicht geröstet wurden, ist dieser zudem recht süßlich und hat eine feine Marzipannote. Somit ist das Mus sehr gut als süßer Brotaufstrich oder zum Backen von Kuchen etc. geeignet, meiner Meinung nach aber weniger zum Kochen von herzhaften Speisen. Seine Konsistenz ist cremig bis fast flüssig. Das ist gut, denn so lässt es sich sehr leicht verarbeiten. Manchmal setzt sich an der Oberfläche auch Öl ab. Das ist bei diesem Naturprodukt aber ganz normal, man muss das Mus dann lediglich noch einmal umrühren.
