Perfect for pancakes (if you don't put too much in). As with all protein powders, the general flavour is terrible. But the protein content here is so high that you don't have to put much in. For savoury pancakes, however, I prefer to use pumpkin seed flour (I really miss Rapunzel's).

Perfekt für Pfannkuchen (wenn man nicht so viel rein tut). Der generelle Geschmack ist, wie bei allen Protein-Pulvern, furchtbar. Aber der Protein-Anteil hier ist so hoch, dass man nicht viel rein tun muss. Für salzige Pfannkuchen nehme ich allerdings lieber Kürbiskern-Mehl (das von Rapunzel vermisse ich sehr).
