A new acquisition for me! It even tastes deliciously nutty on its own. I also use it in sauces to enhance the dish.

Für mich eine neue Errungenschaft! Es schmeckt sogar pur lecker nussig. Verwende es außerdem in Soßen, um das Gericht aufzuwerten.

I am very disappointed with this protein powder. After 4-5 attempts to use it, I gave up. The information on the can (in bold!): "100% from pumpkin seeds"... "without additives" are unfortunately misleading. In fact, the powder contains 5% salt and that is quite a lot. So much that in my opinion it should be pointed out, because such a "hidden" salt intake is extremely harmful for many people. Moreover, the powder does not taste "slightly sweet", as the manufacturer claims, but salty. I could therefore not use it and had to dispose of it.

Von diesem Protein-Pulver bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Nach 4-5 Versuchen, es zu verwenden, habe ich aufgegeben. Die Angaben auf der Dose (in Fettschrift!): "100 % aus Kürbiskernen"..."ohne Zusätze" sind leider irreführend. Tatsächlich enthält das Pulver 5 % Salz und das ist recht viel. So viel, dass meines Erachtens darauf hingewiesen werden müsste, denn eine derartige "versteckte" Salzaufnahme ist für viele Menschen ausgesprochen schädlich. Ausserdem schmeckt das Pulver dadurch keineswegs "leicht süss", wie vom Hersteller behauptet, sondern salzig. Ich konnte es deshalb nicht verwenden und musste es entsorgen.
