Govinda Organic Palm Blossom Sugar. Coconut blossom sugar is made from the blossom nectar of the coconut tree in permaculture. After collecting, the nectar is cooked and processed into granulates.
Vegan chocolate
Melt 50 g cocoa butter in a water bath, add 20 g finely ground coconut blossom sugar and 20 g cocoa powder. Stir in the food processor for about 5 minutes so that the coconut blossom sugar dissolves. Fill into molds and first set at room temperature (approx. 1 h) before refrigerating them.

Tastes a bit different than sugar, you have to get used to the colour. But in the meantime we have switched to Sucolin - because of diabetes.

Schmeckt etwas anders als Zucker, an die Farbe muß man sich gewöhnen. Haben inzwischen aber auf Sucolin umgestellt - wg. Diabetes.
