Bei dem Mehl sollte noch mit dabei stehen, dass es glutenfrei ist. Genau deshalb habe ich es auch gekauft, weil ich eine starke Glutenintoleranz habe und weil es von der Konsistenz her sehr fein ist, leicht süßlich, aber nicht so typisch mehlig schmeckt.
