The cocoa nibs are very tart and also a bit bitter. If you like the taste, then it is a good product. Unfortunately, it did not meet my taste, the nibs were too hard for me.

Die Kakao Nibs sind sehr herb und auch ein bisschen bitter. Wenn man den Geschmack mag, dann ist es ein gutes Produkt. Meinen Geschmack hat es jedoch leider nicht getroffen, die Nibs waren mir auch zu hart.

The very best cocoa nibs on the market! Why? Because the variety tastes delicious (not too sour or bitter) and above all it is completely without those hard "stalks" that are always present in all other nibs (what is always found at one end in the whole cocoa bean).

Die allerbesten Kakao-Nibs auf dem Markt! Warum? Weil die Sorte köstlich schmeckt (nicht zu sauer oder bitter) und es vor allem komplett ohne diese harten "Stengel" ist, die in allen anderen Nibs immer enthalten sind (das, was in der ganzen Kakaobohne immer an einem Ende zu finden ist).
