Govinda Organic Chestnut Flakes. Chestnut is one of the most precious fruits in Central Europe. Chestnut flakes refine muesli, porridge fruit salad and pancakes, but also taste good as toppings, mousses, creams and desserts. There are also no limits to your imagination when baking.
Chocolate with fruits and chestnut flakes
Ingredients:
  • 150 g dark chocolate 
  • 150 g milk chocolate 
  • 2-3 tbsp dried fruits (e.g. cherries, mango, strawberries, banana chips)
  • 2 tbsp. chestnut flakes
Preparation:
  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and pour into prepared moulds.
  • Divide the chocolate evenly and gently tap the mould against the kitchen counter to get rid off any air bubbles.
  • Finally, sprinkle the selected fruit and chestnut flakes over the melted chocolate.
  • Leave everything to set, carefully remove the mould and enjoy the home-made chocolate treat.

Delicious flakes for all kinds of applications. They are nice and crunchy and we like to use them in our morning cereal or sprinkle them on our salad. They are also easy to digest. Maybe the price is a bit high, but we get top quality.

Leckere Flocken für allerlei Anwendungen. Sind schön knusprig und wir nehmen sie gerne im Morgenmüsli oder streuen sie uns über den Salat. Zudem sind sie gut bekömmlich. Vielleicht ein bisschen heftig im Preis, aber dafür haben wir 1a Qualität.
