Great refreshing flavour, slightly tart. An all-rounder in the kitchen. In muesli, quark, for baking and in desserts. Stimulates the good gut bacteria and strengthens the immune system.

Toller erfrischender Geschmack, leicht säuerlich. Ein Allrounder in der Küche. Im Müsli, Quark, zum backen und im Dessert. Soll die guten Darmbakterien anregen und das Immunsystem stärken.

A very interesting taste composition, slightly caramel-like but also fruity. Also delicious in pancakes or simply stirred into white yoghurt. Baobabs grow in Burkina Faso, among other places, and the flesh dries by itself in the firm fruit shells.

Eine sehr interessante Geschmackskomposition, leicht nach Karamell aber auch fruchtig. Lecker auch in Pfannkuchen oder einfach in weißes Joghurt gerührt. Baobabs wachsen u.a. in Burkina Faso und das Fruchtfleisch trocknet von alleine in den festen Fruchtschalen.
