: Review date:Fruity, sweet sauce. I don't quite understand all the comparisons with soy sauce - this doesn't claim to be a soy sauce at all. This is a wonderful, independent sauce with its own flavour. Really delicious in salads, for barbecue sauces and for (rice) pans. I love discovering new flavours and this seasoning sauce is definitely one of them.
Fruchtige, süßliche Soße. Die ganzen Vergleiche mit Sojasoße verstehe ich nicht ganz - das hier hat überhaupt nicht den Anspruch, eine Sojasoße zu sein. Das ist eine wundervolle, eigenständige Soße mit eigenem Geschmack. Richtig lecker in Salaten, für Barbecue Soßen und für (Reis)pfannen. Ich liebe die Entdeckung neuer Geschmäcker und diese Würzsoße hier gehört auf jeden Fall zu den schönen Entdeckungen.

: Review date:A great alternative to the well-known soy / tamari sauce. The taste is tart and sweet, which seems a bit unusual at first, but soon becomes irresistible. It goes very well with sushi and can even be used as a base for a great barbecue sauce :-)
Eine klasse Alternative zur bekannten Soja- / Tamarisoße. Der Geschmack ist herb-süßlich, was im ersten Moment etwas ungewöhnlich erscheint, aber schon bald unwiderstehlich ist. Zu Sushi passt es hervorragend und sogar eine tolle Barbecue-Soße lässt sich damit als Grundbasis zaubern :-)
