Pure salt. To get some of the flavour, the only way is to soak it in water so that the salt is bound in the water and let it drain. Too greasy for me.

Actually, I prefer "normal" chips, but a change every now and then is not bad either. Especially when they taste as delicious as the vegetable chips from Go Pure. I can't say whether they are more natural, but as I said, it's a tasty change.

To have a change from regular crisps and to spice up salads and soups, for example, I often use vegetable chips. Unfortunately, I can never make them as crunchy and long-lasting myself. And the suppliers are still quite limited. Hence my test of the Go Pure variant. Visually alone, these chips are a delight. They could be a little drier or less oily. But being able to differentiate the taste of the individual vegetables is a super snack treat!

Um einfach mal Abwechslung zu regulären Kartoffelchips zu haben und z.B. Salate und Suppen etwas aufzupeppen greife ich oft zu Gemüsechips. Selbst bekomme ich sie leider nie so knackig und lange haltbar hin. Und die Anbieter sind ja doch noch recht überschaubar. Daher mein Test der Go Pure Variante. Allein optisch sind diese Chips ein Genuss. Könnten etwas trockener bzw. weniger ölig sein. Aber die einzelnen Gemüsesorten im Geschmack differenzieren zu können ist ein super Snackgenuss!
