: Review date:Shiitake are practically never to be found where I live (village/small town). If they are, they are very expensive and of rather low quality. These dried shiitake are of very high quality - at least as far as you can tell from the flavour! The pack contains strong, aromatic, authentic shiitake for a comparatively low price.
Shiitake sind bei mir (Dorf/Kleinstadt) praktisch nie zu finden. Wenn, dann sehr teuer und von eher niedriger Qualität. Diese getrockneten Shiitake sind qualitativ - zumindest soweit man das am Geschmack erkennen kann - sehr hochwertig! Für einen vergleichsweise fast günstigen Preis enthält die Packung kräftig-aromatische, authentische Shiitake.

Einen in Deutschland eher unbekannten Pilz in guter Qualität zu erwerben ist preislich oft kaum möglich - hier eine Ausnahme! Die getrockneten Pilze lassen sich einweichen und sind dann einem frischen Pilz wieder sehr nahe. In Suppen, Reis- oder Woknudelgerichten geben Sie wunderbar einen der typischen Geschmäcker der asiatischen Küche bei. Preis-Leistung wird bei diesem Produkt groß geschrieben, danke dafür!

: Review date:That was a great taste surprise! I usually only eat these mushrooms fresh. Great quality and, at least in the big city, a good alternative in terms of price. Traditional Chinese medicine introduced me to shiitake when I was totally exhausted. My body would have loved to have them as an infusion ;-) Otherwise, they are simply very tasty. Very strong aroma, spicy.
Das ist eine tolle Geschmacksüberraschung gewesen! Esse diese Pilze sonst nur frisch. Großartige Qualität und zumindest in der Großstadt preislich eine gute Alternative. Die traditionelle chinesische Medizin hat mir Shiitake nahegebracht, als ich total erschöpft war. Mein Körper hätte die am liebsten als Infusion gehabt ;-) Ansonsten sind sie einfach sehr lecker. Sehr starkes Aroma, würzig.
