Cooking instructions: Sauté the risotto mixture in a saucepan with a little olive oil for one minute. Deglaze with 100 ml dry white wine. Over a low heat, gradually add about 650 ml hot water and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. Keep adding water until the rice has the right bite. Finish the risotto with grated Parmesan and a knob of fresh butter.

In the microwave: Cook the content of the bag with 620 ml of cold water in a large open container for 15 minutes on 660 W. Finish the risotto with some cold butter and Parmesan cheese.
