Glücks Bio Organic Asian Mushrooms are air-dried organic asian mushrooms. Far East for the home. A blend with shitake slices, mu err and oyster mushrooms that combines umami flavour, juicy mild and full-flavoured. Ideal for Asian-inspired rice pans, soups or stir-fry dishes. One package corresponds to approx. 300 g fresh mushrooms.

Application:

Pour boiling water (100°C) over them and soak for approx. 20 min. Drain, collect the broth for further use.
