: Review date:I use it when I know I have to fry or reach high temperatures. In my opinion, it is better suited for this than all the oils I have used so far (I don't like butter for frying, it tastes too intense to me). The inherent flavour doesn't take up so much space either, but is still tasty and noticeable.
Ich benutze es, wenn ich weiß, dass ich scharf anbraten oder hohe Temperaturen erreichen muss. Dafür eignet es sich meiner Meinung nach besser als alle Öle, die ich bisher benutzt habe (Butter zum Anbraten mag ich nicht, schmeckt mir zu intensiv). Der Eigengeschmack nimmt auch nicht so viel Raum ein, ist dennoch lecker und spürbar.
