Application:
Recommended use: Mix 1 ml of the enclosed measuring spoon (approx. 0.5 g) into smoothies, yoghurt, fruit/vegetable juices or under salads. Consume in the morning and evening or directly before a high fat meal. Also suitable for seasoning savoury dishes.
Tip: Put a pinch of Bitte bitter on the tongue in the morning and in the evening and keep it in the mouth for a while.
