For the quick Cajun chicken, marinate 300 g chicken breast strips with 1 tbsp Cajun & Soul, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp lime juice and fry. Serve with vegetables (peppers, celery and onions) and rice.
