Recipe tip Ratatouille:
Dice 4 skinned tomatoes, 2 peppers, 1 courgette, 1 aubergine, 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic, sauté 2 onions in oil. Add all the ingredients except the tomatoes and fry. Fold in the tomatoes. Cook with 5 tsp ratatouille seasoning for 8 - 10 minutes.
