Used in the right measure, it tastes good. You should not overdo it with the seasoning, otherwise it tastes a bit bitter. Properly dosed and with coconut milk as an example, it is really delicious and then the description "sweet" is also correct.

Im richtigen Maß angewendet schmeckt es gut. Man darf es nicht übertreiben mit dem Würzen, sonst schmeckt es doch etwas bitter. Richtig dosiert und mit Kokosmilch als Beispiel ist es wirklich lecker und dann stimmt auch die Bezeichnung "sweet".
