The 3 spices are supposed to help with rheumatic complaints and are also praised in other ways. A quick effect is rather rare with natural remedies, so I can't say anything about the actual area of application yet, so we'll have to wait and see. Also very good as a spice mixture for Asian cuisine.

Die 3 Gewürze sollen bei rheumatischen Beschwerden helfen und sind auch sonst gepriesen. Dass eine schnelle Wirkung bei natürlichen Mitteln eher selten ist, daher kann ich zum eigentlichen Anwendungsbereich noch nichts sagen, da heißt es abwarten.
