: Review date:In our home, the herbal salt from Brecht is so popular that I now only order it in the large tin. The combination of spices quickly convinced us. It tastes great and is simply delicious. We sprinkle the salt over boiled eggs, cheese, herb curd cheese, caprese and much more. The herbs from organic farming and the untreated salt simply taste much better than conventional products from the supermarket. Unfortunately, the pourability in the salt shaker is always problematic, as the salt quickly clumps together. I have therefore now added a few grains of rice to mine. That helps. Now the salt can be spread better again.
Bei uns zu Hause wird das Kräutersalz von Brecht so gerne genommen, dass ich es nur noch in der großen Dose bestelle. Die Zusammenstellung der Gewürze hat uns damals schnell überzeugt. Geschmacklich top und einfach nur lecker. Wir streuen das Salz über gekochte Eier, Käse, Kräuterquark, Caprese und vieles mehr. Die Kräuter aus biologischem Anbau und das unbehandelte Salz schmecken einfach viel besser als konventionelle Produkte aus dem Supermarkt. Problematisch ist dabei leider immer wieder die Rieselfähigkeit im Salzstreuer, da das Salz schnell verklumpt. Ich habe in meinen daher nun ein paar Reiskörner gegeben. Das hilft. Jetzt lässt sich das Salz wieder besser streuen.
