: Review date:Love black sesame seeds. Had purchased a smaller tub elsewhere but this bag is much better value, which mean's I can refill my little tub when its running low. I use them sprinkled on Asian inspired noodle and rice dishes in which I've also used some sesame oil, and tamari sauce. Adds a nice earthy 'nutty' taste. So good for you too.
