Ich kaufe seit Jahren nur noch diesen Zucker, er schmeckt einfach supergut. Er ist zwar nicht billig, aber Gepa unterstützt damit ja die Erzeuger, das finde ich gerecht. Und "bio" ist er ja außerdem. Also, wenn jemand Zucker wirklich genießen möchte, ist der Vollrohrzucker Mascobado die beste Wahl.

: Review date:I wanted to replace my granulated sugar with a healthier sweetener. I finally decided to use this sugar because it is highly rated on the internet and is still relatively close to my original product (there are now the most exotic sweeteners). Like all my organic products, I ordered it from Violey (there is nothing better for me). In the meantime, I have already tested the whole cane sugar extensively. In the beginning, it took some getting used to, as it has much more flavour than I was used to. It gives drinks and food a caramel note, but has a little less sweetness than white sugar. The sugar dissolves well, but also clumps relatively quickly.
Ich wollte meinen Kristallzucker gegen ein „gesünderes“ Süßungsmittel austauschen. Für diesen Zucker habe ich mich schlussendlich entschieden, weil er im Internet überall super bewertet wird und noch relativ nahe an meinem Ausgangsprodukt ist (es gibt ja mittlerweile die exotischsten Süßstoffe). Bestellt habe ich ihn, wie alle meine Bioprodukte bei Violey (es gibt für mich nichts Besseres). Mittlerweile habe ich den Vollrohrzucker auch schon umfassend getestet. Am Anfang war er schon ganz schön gewöhnungsbedürftig, da er viel mehr Eigengeschmack hat, als ich bisher gewohnt war. Er gibt den Getränken und Speisen eine karamellige Note, hat aber etwas weniger Süße als weißer Zucker. Der Zucker löst sich gut auf, klumpt aber auch relativ schnell.

Der gepa Bio Vollrohrzucker Mascobado eignet sich ausgezeichnet zur Herstellung von Kombucha. Das Pilzgetränk erhält mit diesem Zucker eine ausgezeichnete Note. Natürlich ist dieser Zucker viel gesünder als raffinierter und eignet sich auch zur herstellung von Schokoladenkuchen (ohne Mehl). Bei Violey bekommt man u.a. auch dieses Produkt preisgünstig und sehr gut verpackt.
