Application:
Like dextrose, Frusano grain sugar+ consists mainly of glucose, but has a significantly lower water content and contains plus 30% malt sugar to round off the sweetness and improve solubility. In most recipes, Frusano Cereal Sugar+ behaves like granulated sugar and can replace it 1:1.
