: Review date:Tastes very, very good. The flavour is very special, especially as it is also extremely satisfying. A small - but in my opinion important - tip: after opening the packet, carefully separate the slices (with a knife)!
Schmeckt sehr, sehr gut. Der Geschmack ist ein sehr besonderer zumal dann auch noch die Sattigkeit ausgesprochen angenehm ist. Kleiner - aber m. E. wichtiger Tipp - nach Öffnen der Packung - die Scheiben (mit einem Messer) vorsichtig voneinander trennen!

: Review date:Unfortunately, I got a pack where the slices were very sticky. When I separated them with a knife, the slices crumbled. I have never had this problem with other Frankenkorn varieties (rye, seeded bread and spelt). Nevertheless, the taste is delicious and the pumpernickel keeps you full for a long time.
Leider habe ich eine Packung erwischt, bei der die Scheiben sehr verklebt waren. Beim Trennen mit dem Messer sind die Scheiben dann zerbröselt. Bei anderen Frankenkorn Sorten (Roggen, Saatenbrot und Dinkel) hatte ich das Problem noch nie. Geschmacklich trotzdem lecker und das Pumpernickel hält lange satt.
