: Review date:The cake tasted very good, the light lemon flavour was just right; what bothered me was the invert sugar syrup, which is often used as a cheap sweetener in "normal" baked goods, therefore 1 point deduction, also acacia gum is not a normal baking ingredient.
Der Kuchen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, der leichte Zitronengeschmack war gerade richtig; was mich gestört hat war der Invertzuckersirup, der ja oft als billiges Süßungsmittel in "normalen" Backwaren enthalten ist, daher 1 Punkt Abzug, auch Akaziengummi ist keine normale Backzutat
