The spice mix is ideal for marinating or dry seasoning. For a simple marinade, the spice can be mixed with a little oil and lemon juice and rubbed into the meat. Sprinkled directly onto the meat as a rub, the flavour unfolds particularly well when roasting, grilling or cooking in the oven.

Tip: For particularly tender meat: leave the chicken in the marinade for 12 hours before cooking. Combine with vegetables, rice or flatbread for an all-round flavourful dish.
