Application:

Stir in 2-3 teaspoons for 500g minced meat or meat alternative.

Minced meat: Use about 23 tsp of the mixture per 500 g of minced meat, depending on your taste.
Combining with other ingredients: Stir the spice mix into the mince along with the soaked bread (or breadcrumbs), eggs and chopped onions.
Alternative use: Also perfect for meatloaf, stuffed peppers or as a seasoning for gravy.

Extra tips: For an even more intense flavour, you can add freshly chopped parsley or chives to the mixture. If you like it spicier, you can add chilli flakes or cayenne pepper.
