: Review date:So far, I have found this product to be top-notch. However, in the current batch, the fish did not have the usual firm consistency. I may be wrong, but I had the impression that the canned contents were not salmon. I will now try again with a new order.
Bisher fand ich dieses Produkt top. Bei der aktuellen Charge hatte der Fisch allerdings nicht die gewohnte feste Konsistenz. Ich mag mich täuschen,, aber ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es sich beim Doseninhalt nicht um Lachs handelte. Ich mache jetzt mit einer neuen Bestellung einen erneuten Versuch.

The canned salmon has no bones, but some people might find it dry. I like the firm meat. The sauce could be a little more intensely seasoned to my taste. Otherwise, a great meal anytime. I prefer to eat crispbread with it, which I dip in the sauce.

Es gibt auch einen deutlichen Unterschied zu Hering oder Makrele in der Dose. Der Lachs in der Dose hat zwar keine Gräten, könnte aber für den einen oder anderen als trocken empfunden werden. Ich mag das feste Fleisch. Die Sauce könnte nach meinem Geschmack noch etwas intensiver gewürzt sein. Ansonsten jederzeit eine tolle Mahlzeit. Ich esse am liebsten Knäckebrot dazu, das ich in die Sauce tauche.

Der beste Dosenfisch, den ich kenne. Ein richtig schönes dickes Stück Fisch ohne "Fisselkram" wie sonst gerne bei Thunfisch. Die Sauce könnte für mich ein wenig schärfer sein, aber das ist ja schnell selbst gemacht. Tolles Produkt.

I have to say that I always warm it up a bit, as it is too firm to the bite when cold from the can. But warm with some rice makes a great meal.
Fisch sollte man sich ab und zu mal gönnen. Zumal, wenn er so gut schmeckt. Fontaine hat hier ein besonders leckeres und würziges Produkt am Start. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich es immer etwas anwärme, da er mit kalt aus der Dose zu bissfest ist. Aber warm mit etwas Reis dazu ergibt eine prima Mahlzeit.
