I like to eat them very much. Sometimes they could be better cooked in the sense of softer. That's why you chew the muscle fibres properly for longer now and then. It's not a drama for me, though. Hopefully Fontaine really does fish much more sustainably.

Ich esse die sehr gerne. Manchmal könnten sie besser im Sinne von weicher gekocht sein. Man kaut deshalb hin und wieder länger die Muskelfasern ordentlich. Ist für mich allerdings kein Drama. Hoffentlich fischt Fontaine wirklich deutlich nachhaltiger.
