Preparation:
  1. Pour 400 ml water + spice powder into a pan, stir well and bring to the boil.
  2. As soon as the water boils, add the mie noodles and simmer over a medium heat for 6 minutes, stirring and allowing the liquid to reduce.
Tip: Add toppings such as tofu cubes, fresh chilli or spring onions as desired.
