: Review date:Well, I don't like the taste at all. It reminds me of rancid butter. However, I don't want to do the manufacturer an injustice, because I think ghee always tastes like that. I had tried it many years ago. With this, it's not my cup of tea. Then I stick to coconut oil, olive oil and clarified butter from the chiller cabinet or simply organic butter. :-)
Also, ich mag den Geschmack überhaupt nicht. Er erinnert mich an ranzige Butter. Ich will allerdings dem Hersteller nicht unrecht tun, weil ich denke, dass Ghee immer so schmeckt. Ich hatte es vor vielen Jahren schon mal probiert. Damit ist es nicht mein Fall. Dann bleibe ich bei Kokosöl, Olivenöl und Butterschmalz aus dem Kühlregal bzw. einfach Biobutter. :-)

Ein ausgezeichnet wohltuendes und leckeres Ghee. Ich benutze es in allen Varianten beim Kochen, Braten etc. aber auch pur auf die fertigen Speisen, Reis,kartoffelbrei, auf s Brot. Selbst bei hochsommerlichen Megatemperaturen schmilzt es nicht komplett und ist im Schrank gut haltbar. Lecker !!! :O)
