: Review date:You should be prepared to get a different taste than from a normal noodle. I find the taste very suitable in hearty dishes, but I can't recommend it with fruity sauces. In my opinion, the taste clashes. However, the noodles themselves are super tasty and the consistency is also "quite normal" and good in my eyes. :)
Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass man hier eine anderen Geschmack bekommt, als von einer normalen Nudel. In deftigen Gerichten finde ich den Geschmack sehr passend, zu fruchtigen Soßen jedoch kann ich sie weniger empfehlen. Der Geschmack beißt sich meiner Meinung nach. Die Nudeln an sich sind aber super lecker und auch die Konsistenz ist in meinen Augen "ganz normal" und gut. :)

: Review date:My new favourite noodles :-) ! Since I'm no longer allowed to eat cereals containing gluten, I was looking for an alternative and absolutely found it with this. They taste even better to me than spelt noodles; nice and strong, aromatic and cerealy, but still harmonise very well with all the sauces I've made with them so far. I didn't find them stickier, but that may be because I pour noodles into the sauce pot and mix them there before serving. Definitely a repeat purchase! I will also try the other varieties - penne and spaghetti.
Meine neuen Lieblingsnudeln :-) ! Da ich keine glutenhaltigen Getreide mehr essen darf, habe ich nach einer Alternative gesucht und bin hiermit absolut fündig geworden. Sie schmecken mir sogar besser als Dinkelnudeln; schön kräftig, aromatisch und getreidig, harmonieren aber trotzdem sehr gut mit allen Soßen, die ich bisher dazu gemacht habe. Ich fand nicht, dass sie stärker kleben, aber das kann daran liegen, dass ich Nudeln in den Soßentopf schütte und dort vermische, ehe ich sie serviere. Klares Nachkaufprodukt! Ich werde auch die andern Sorten - Penne und Spaghetti - noch probieren.

Qualität ist sehr gut. Sie werden sehr schnell weich und ohne einen Schuss Öl oder Stück Butter verklumpen die Buchweizennudeln miteinander. Das ist aber auch bei anderen Herstellern und Kichererbsen,- Rote Linsen - Nudeln in unserer Praxiserfahrung so. Geschmack ist für uns o.k., kommen nach dem Kochvorgang und Abseihen in die Bratpfanne zum Gemüse.

The first few times, however, you should stand next to the pot while cooking, as the range between firm to the bite and mushy is very small. However, after 2 to 3 times you should get the hang of it.
Leckere Fusilli, die geschmacklich zu 100% überzeugen! Sie sind sehr bekömmlich. Bei den ersten paar Mal sollte man aber beim Kochen neben dem Topf stehenbleiben, da die Spanne zwischen bissfest und matschig sehr gering ist. Jedoch nach 2 bis 3 mal sollte man den Dreh raushaben.

: Review date:Unfortunately, the noodles made from buckwheat flour don't quite meet my taste. They are simply too strong in flavour for me. It affects the sauces so much that the whole dish no longer tastes good to me. The pasta is very dark and the consistency is also very different from spelt pasta, for example. The fusilli are much softer, quite soggy and have no bite at all. The pasta is also quite expensive, even though you can buy it at Violey for quite a reasonable price. The noodles were a bad buy for me. That's why I can't give them more than two stars.
Die Nudeln aus Buchweizenmehl treffen leider nicht so ganz meinen Geschmack. Sie sind für mich einfach viel zu stark im Geschmack. Das beeinflusst die Saucen so sehr, dass mir das ganze Gericht dann nicht mehr schmeckt. Die Nudeln sind sehr dunkel und auch in der Konsistenz unterscheiden sie sich stark von z.B. Dinkelnudeln. Die Fusilli sind viel weicher, ziemlich labbrig und haben überhaupt keinen Biss. Dazu sind die Nudeln auch noch ganz schön teuer, auch wenn es sie bei Violey im Vergleich recht günstig zu kaufen gibt. Die Nudeln waren für mich ein Fehlkauf. Mehr als zwei Sterne kann ich ihnen deshalb auch nicht geben.

: Review date:Curiosity won out. I only ordered the buckwheat fusilli because I couldn't imagine what buckwheat noodles taste like. I have to say they really convinced me. A good, substantial alternative to spelt and co. The nutty taste is quite intense and therefore goes very well with strong sauces. Thanks to their twisted shape, the pasta absorbs the sauce very well. A delicious pasta experience.
Die Neugier hat gesiegt. Ich habe mir die Buchweizen Fussili nur bestellt, weil ich mir nicht vorstellen konnte, wie Buchweizen Nudeln schmecken. Ich muss sagen sie haben mich wirklich überzeugt. Eine gute, gehaltvolle Alternative zu Dinkel und Co. Der nussige Geschmack ist recht intensiv und passt deshalb hervorragend zu kräftigen Saucen. Durch ihre gedrehte Form nehmen die Nudeln die Sauce sehr gut auf. Ein leckeres Pastaerlebnis.
