They are not cheap, but they convince us in terms of quality and taste. As with other pastas, they come in different varieties. Felicia is made from maize and rice flour. They have a bright golden colour and retain their bite even after cooking. However, you should keep a close eye on the cooking time. You can enjoy the gluten-free pasta just like wheat pasta with all sauces and pestos.
Da mein Sohn kein Gluten verträgt, essen auch mein Mann und ich zu Hause ausschließlich glutenfreie Nudeln. Wir haben bereits alle möglichen Marken ausprobiert und mit Abstand am Besten schmecken uns die von Felicia. Zwar sind sie nicht ganz billig, überzeugen uns aber in Qualität und Geschmack. Wie bei anderen Nudeln auch gibt es sie in verschiedenen Variationen. Die Felicia werden aus Mais- und Reismehl hergestellt. Sie haben eine leuchtend goldene Farbe und behalten auch nach dem Kochen ihren Biss. Allerdings sollte man die Kochzeit genau im Auge behalten. Man kann die glutenfreien Nudeln genau wie Weizennudeln zu allen Soßen und Pestos genießen.

They have a bit more bite than conventional noodles and if you have some left over and want to use them the day after, they are no longer as soft as the day before. I had never experienced that before. But no problem. Heat the pasta from the day before with a little water in a pan until the water has evaporated and it is soft again.
Diese Nudeln schmecken sehr gut. Sie haben etwas mehr Biss als herkömmliche Nudeln und wenn man welche übrig hat und diese am Tag danach verwenden will, sind sie nicht mehr so weich wie am Vortag. Das hatte ich so noch nie erlebt. Aber kein Problem. Die Nudeln vom Vortag zusammen mit ein klein wenig Wasser in einer Pfanne erhitzen bis das Wasser verdunstet ist, und sie sind wieder weich.
