: Review date:The buckwheat penne also remains firm to the bite compared to penne made from lentil flour etc. They taste good to us, even though the buckwheat flavour is prominent. We flavour the penne with spices and butter and add a vegetable ragout and linseed. Just as tasty when fried. Our gluten intolerance makes it a welcome change to our diet. Quality has been impeccable so far.
Die Buchweizenpenne bleiben auch noch bissfest im Vgl. zu Penne aus Linsenmehl etc. Uns schmecken sie gut, wenn auch der Buchweizengeschmack markant ist. Wir schmecken die Penne mit Gewürzen, Butter ab und fügen ein Gemüseragout und Leinsaat hinzu. Gebraten ebenso schmackhaft. Durch unsere Glutenunverträglichkeiten eine willkommene Abwechslung im Speiseplan. Qualität war bisher einwandfrei.

Sind einfach die besten Nudeln. Lecker nicht zu körnig, kein komischer Nachgeschmack. Damit kann man einfach alles machen, Auflauf, Nudelsalat ... meinetwegen auch mit Ei anbraten... Die schmecken einfach ;)

: Review date:I can't understand the negative reviews. I have tested all pasta alternatives from rice to spelt to lentils and these buckwheat pasta from Felicia are by far the tastiest!
I have to say that at the very beginning, the change from conventional wheat pasta to wholemeal was a real adjustment in terms of taste - I think that's always the case, regardless of which variant you choose. Today it's the other way round - I don't like the taste of conventional industrial wheat pasta at all.
There are indeed buckwheat noodles from other manufacturers that mutate into a strange slimy lump and are almost inedible, whereas these are very tasty and not even that expensive, with a cooking time of 8-10 minutes. I prefer to make them with a spicy tomato sauce or just a little oil, herbs and garlic.
Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen nicht verstehen. Ich habe mich durch alle Nudel-Alternativen getestet von Reis über Dinkel bis hin zu Linsen und diese Buchweizen Nudeln von Felicia sind mit Abstand die leckersten!
Man muss dazu sagen, dass ganz am Anfang die Umgewöhnung von konventionellen Weizennudeln auf Vollkorn geschmacklich echt eine Umstellung war - ich glaube das ist es immer unabhängig für welche Variante man sich etscheidet. Heute ist es genau umgekehrt ich mag die herkömmlichen industriellen Weizennudeln geschmacklich überhaupt nicht mehr.
Es gibt in der Tat Buchweizennudeln anderer Hersteller die zu einem komischen schleimigen Klumpen mutieren und nahezu ungenießbar sind, die hier hingegen sind bei einer Kochzeit von 8-10 Minuten sehr lecker und gar nicht mal so teuer. Ich mache sie mir am liebsten mit einer würzen Tomatensoße oder nur mit etwas ÖL, Kräutern und Knoblauch.

: Review date:Well, to be honest, the appearance of the raw noodles is not exactly promising or inviting. And even when cooked, they still don't look very appetising with their brown colour. But if you don't expect the typical noodle flavour and just give buckwheat a try, the noodles actually don't taste that bad. Nevertheless, they remain very special with their strong, spicy flavour. So I wouldn't want to eat them every day, but they are an interesting change now and then. Buckwheat is also supposed to be very healthy. However, I can't give a recommendation, as it's a matter of personal taste.
Also, ehrlich gesagt, das Aussehen der rohen Nudeln ist nicht gerade vielversprechend oder einladend. Und auch im gekochten Zustand sehen sie mit ihrer braunen Farbe immer noch wenig appetitlich aus. Wenn man aber nicht den typischen Nudelgeschmack erwartet und sich einfach mal auf den Buchweizen einlässt, schmecken die Nudeln eigentlich gar nicht so schlecht. Trotzdem bleiben sie mit ihrem kräftigen würzigen Eigengeschmack schon sehr speziell. Ich würde sie daher nicht jeden Tag essen wollen, aber ab und zu sind sie eine interessante Abwechslung. Außerdem soll Buchweizen sehr gesund sein. Eine Weiterempfehlung kann ich aber nicht abgeben, da es hier um den persönlichen Geschmack geht.

Endlich mal was anderes im Gegensatz zu herkömmlicher Pasta. Die Penne mit Buchweizen sind etwas ganz Besonderes! Die glutenfreien Nudeln enthalten wichtige Nähr- und Ballaststoffe und haben eine dunkelgrünlich Färbung. Sie schmecken nussig und passen, meiner Meinung nach, dehalb besonders gut zu sahnigen Soßen. Wir essen die Nudeln gerne mit einer cremigen Vier-Käse-Sauce. Ich kann die Buchweizen Penne nur wärmstens empfehlen.
