After initial scepticism, I was quickly convinced. As an old-school pasta fan, you naturally have reservations about rice wholemeal pasta. Here they were unfounded. They are really tasty, very easy to digest and go well with almost all pasta variations. The consistency is great. I kept to the cooking time and they were al dente.

Nach anfänglicher Skepsis war ich schnell überzeugt. Als Pasta-Fan der alten Schule hat man bei Reis Vollkornnudeln natürlich Bedenken. Hier waren sie unbegründet. Sind wirklich lecker, sehr gut bekömmlich und passen zu beinahe allen Pasta-Variationen. Die Konsistenz ist prima. Habe mich an die Kochzeit gehalten und sie waren al dente.

So much for the best gluten-free spaghetti I've eaten. Before my change of diet, I preferred spelt pasta in terms of taste and nutrition. In the gluten-free section, the conventional products are mostly corn-based pasta, which I don't like in either respect. I am enthusiastic about all Felicia rice varieties. The higher price compared to German manufacturers is worth it!

Soweit die besten glutenfreien Spaghetti, die ich gegessen habe. Vor meiner Ernährungsumstellung war mir geschmacks- und nährstoffmäßig Dinkelpasta am liebsten. In der Glutenfrei-Sparte findet man bei den herkömmlichen Produkten vor allem maisbasierte Nudeln, die mir in beiden Hinsichten nicht gefallen. Bin begeistert von allen Felicia-Reis-Sorten. Der höhere Preis im Vergleich zu deutschen Herstellern lohnt sich!
