Nach mehreren Fehlversuchen in Sachen Reis-Nudeln endlich ein Lichtblick! Ein guter Geschmack, kein bisschen fade, die Konsistenz nicht wässrig und funktioniert wie bei herkömmlichen Nudeln. Sie lassen sich genau so kochen, von al dente bis weich ist alles möglich. Und die unterschwellige Reisnote gibt der Sache noch etwas besonders.

: Review date:These rice noodles are by far the best and they come directly from Bella Italia (and they must know how to do it). Due to my gluten intolerance, I've already tried quite a few things. And most rice noodles are not particularly tasty. This is completely different with these noodles, which I really like. The only ingredient is wholemeal rice flour. With a cooking time of six to eight minutes, they are also quite quick. If you don't leave them in the pot too long, they stay nice and firm to the bite. And just like normal pasta, they taste good with any sauce or pesto. With this pasta, Italian pleasure is possible for me again. I'm glad!
Diese Reisnudeln sind mit Abstand die Besten und sie kommen direkt aus Bella Italia (und die müssen ja wissen wie es geht). Habe durch meine Glutenunverträglichkeit schon einiges durchprobiert. Und die meisten Reisnudeln sind nicht besonders lecker. Das ist bei diesen Nudeln ganz anders, die esse ich nämlich wirklich sehr gern. Ihre einzige Zutat ist Vollkornreismehl. Mit einer Kochzeit von sechs bis acht Minuten sind sie auch recht schnell fertig. Lässt man sie nicht zu lange im Topf, bleiben sie auch schön bissfest. Und genau wie „normale“ Pasta schmecken sie zu jeder Soße oder Pesto. Mit diesen Nudeln ist italienischer Genuss für mich wieder möglich. Freu!
