: Review date:My favourite type of fusilli. But beware: the spaghetti from the same company breaks and is NOT a joy, neither in terms of consistency nor taste. Strange, but that's the way it is. I always have 10 bags of the fusilli in my cupboard :-)
Meine Lieblingssorte bei den Fusilli. Aber Achtung: die Spaghetti der gleichen Firma brechen und sind KEINE Freude, weder von der Konsistenz noch vom Geschmack. Seltsam, ist aber so. Von den Fusili habe ich immer 10 Tüten im Schrank :-)

: Review date:Since the fusilli are quite expensive for a mere 250 grams, my expectations were naturally correspondingly high. Many gluten-free pastas taste more like cardboard than pasta. Since the Felicia pasta is made from wholemeal rice, it has a golden colour. They are kept quite small, but still swell up when cooked. After about 9 minutes, they are ready, retain their shape and are also still relatively firm to the bite. The taste is quite tasty, but doesn't knock me off my feet. As soon as the fusilli is mixed with the sauce, you don't really notice it anymore. Therefore, they will probably not become my regular pasta. They are simply too expensive for that.
Da die Fusilli für schlappe 250 Gramm doch recht preisintensiv sind, waren meine Erwartungen natürlich dementsprechend hoch. Viele glutenfreie Nudeln schmecken ja eher nach Pappe anstatt Pasta. Da die Felicia Nudeln aus Vollkornreis sind, haben sie eine goldene Farbe. Sie sind recht klein gehalten, quellen aber beim Kochen noch auf. Nach ca. 9 Minuten sind sie fertig, formstabil und auch noch relativ bissfest. Der Geschmack ist recht lecker, wirft mich aber nicht vom Hocker. Sobald die Fusilli mit Soße vermengt werden, nimmt man diesen auch gar nicht mehr richtig wahr. Werden deshalb wohl nicht meine Stammnudeln werden. Dafür sind sie einfach zu teuer.

: Review date:Felicia's gluten-free rice noodles are a real insider tip. They were recommended to me by my friend and I have to say that since I tasted them once, I have fallen for them. The wholemeal fusilli tastes very good and doesn't weigh you down. Thanks to their twisted shape, they absorb pasta sauce very well. That's why they are ideal with creamy sauces, such as four-cheese sauce. But they also go well with spicy sauces like all arrabiata. Highly recommended!
Die glutenfreien Reisnudeln von Felicia sind ein wahrer Geheimtipp. Sie wurden mir von meiner Freundin empfohlen und ich muss sagen, seit ich sie einmal gekostet habe, bin ich ihnen verfallen. Die Vollkorn Fusilli schmecken sehr gut und belasten nicht. Dank ihrer gedrehten Form nehmen sie Pastasauce sehr gut auf. Deshalb sind sie ideal zu cremigen Saucen, wie zum Beispiel Vier-Käse-Sauce. Aber sie passen auch zu würzigen Saucen wie all arrabiata. Sehr empfehlenswert!
