Feinkost Dittman Organic Capers. The buds of the wild caper bush are harvested and sorted by hand. The caper fruits are then pickled in brine and vinegar to develop their tangy, spicy flavour and crunchy bite. Wonderful in sauces, salads, with meat and fish dishes, in tartar, herb curd or remoulade.
