I know a lot about lavender, but really nothing about this oil smells like lavender. It smells mainly sweet and flowery, almost like a bag of gummy bears. It may be that the ingredients are good, but I think it should at least smell like lavender if it says mountain lavender. I also bought the frankincense facial oil, and it smells just as overly floral and sweet as the "lavender", not even remotely like frankincense oil. As if both bottles contained the same thing. Very strange. I won't be re-buying either of these facial oils.

I love the scent of lavender. The other day I mixed the oil with a facial tonic. It feels really fresh and pleasant on the face and is absorbed quickly.
