A very good band. Nice and strong, but you should have trained a bit. Otherwise order one size smaller. I've been using it for quite some time now and it still has a good pull. It could be a bit more colour-friendly, but I should have thought about that earlier.

Ein sehr gutes Band. Schön stark, sollte man schon ein bisschen trainiert haben. Ansonsten eine Nummer kleiner bestellen. Benutze es nun schon seit geraumer Zeit und immer noch ordentlich Zug drauf. Bissche farbenfreundlicher könnte es dann schon sein, aber das hätte ich mir früher überlegen müssen.

Bei einem Fitnessband denke ich nicht automatisch an Nachhaltigkeit. Doch Ökologie hat viele Gesichter. The fitness band has exactly the right resistance for the stretching and strengthening exercises I am supposed to do once a day for my shoulders. The fact that it is also made of natural rubber is of course also a big plus.
