War bei der Bestellung leider nicht möglich, dies zu erkennen.

Thanks to the good reviews on the internet, I came across the original salt from Erntesegen. I was also convinced by the fact that it comes from Germany and is not shipped halfway around the world. Before, I would never have imagined that there could be such a big difference in the taste of salt. But now that I have tried the Ur-Salz, I would never be satisfied with a treated salt again. Although the salt does not contain any anti-caking agents, it only clumps together a little, so it can even be used in the shaker.
Als ich erfahren habe, was mit „normalem“ Salz so alles angestellt wird, wollte ich es nicht mehr essen und habe mich auf die Suche nach einem naturbelassenen Produkt gemacht. Durch die guten Bewertungen im Internet bin ich auf das Ur-Salz von Erntesegen gestoßen. Überzeugt hat mich hier auch, dass es aus Deutschland kommt und nicht um die halbe Welt geschippert wird. Ich hätte mir zuvor niemals vorstellen können, dass es bei Salz so einen großen Unterschied im Geschmack geben kann. Aber nun, da ich das Ur-Salz probiert habe, würde ich mich nie mehr mit einem behandeltem Salz zufrieden geben. Obwohl das Salz keine Rieselhilfen enthält, verklumpt es nur wenig, so dass es sogar im Streuer verwendet werden kann.
