: Review date:Tried pretty much all yeast-free vegetable broths over x years & stuck with this one. Others taste like nothing but salt or metallic, contain sugar and/or palm fat or generally mountains of ingredients. This one is well balanced - nothing dominates, it tastes like it should. I order it again and again for three generations of my family. :-)
Über x Jahre so ziemlich alle hefefreien Gemüsebrühen getestet & bei dieser hier geblieben. Andere schmecken wahlweise nach nichts außer Salz oder metallisch, enthalten Zucker und/oder Palmfett oder generell bergeweise Zutaten. Diese hier ist prima ausgewogen - nichts dominiert, schmeckt, es wie es soll. Bestelle sie immer wieder für drei Generationen Familie. :-)

: Review date:Well... The vegetable broth from Erntesegen didn't really convince me. It tastes very little like vegetables, but all the more like salt. Personally, that's far too much. If I had looked more closely, I would have noticed right away that salt is the main ingredient in the broth. But I was more focused on finding a yeast-free product. Too bad, but inedible for me, because I'm not one of those people who always add more salt to their food. I'm more looking for a broth with a balanced vegetable flavour. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this one. Instead, I will continue to look for a better alternative for me.
Naja... Die Gemüsebrühe von Erntesegen konnte mich nicht so recht überzeugen. Sie schmeckt ziemlich wenig nach Gemüse, dafür umso mehr nach Salz. Das ist mir persönlich viel zu viel. Hätte ich mal genauer hingesehen, dann wäre mir gleich aufgefallen, dass Salz die Hauptzutat in der Brühe ist. Aber ich war mehr darauf konzentriert eine hefefreies Produkt zu finden. Schade, aber für mich ungenießbar, denn ich gehöre nicht zu den Menschen, die ihr Essen immer nochmal nachsalzen. Ich suche eher nach einer Brühe mit einem ausgewogenen Gemüsegeschmack. Diese kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Ich werde stattdessen nach einer besseren Alternative für mich weitersuchen.

: Review date:The vegetable broth from Erntesegen is my personal favourite. Unlike many other ready-made broths, it does not taste artificial, but very aromatic. The reason for this is probably that the broth is free of yeast and artificial flavour enhancers. In addition, it really only contains vegetables and spices, so that the VEGETABLE broth really deserves its name. I like to prepare it as a clear broth with chowder. However, I also cook noodles and vegetables in it because it gives a good taste and you can save on seasoning.
Die Gemüsebrühe von Erntesegen ist mein persönlicher Favorit. Sie schmeckt im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Fertigbrühen nicht künstlich, sondern sehr aromatisch. Der Grund dafür ist wohl, dass die Brühe frei von Hefe und künstlichen Geschmacksverstärkern ist. Zudem sind wirklich nur Gemüse und Gewürze enthalten, sodass die GEMÜSEbrühe ihrem Namen auch wirklich verdient. Gerne bereite ich sie als klare Brühe mit Einlage zu. Ich koche jedoch auch Nudeln und Gemüse in ihr, weil sie einen guten Geschmack verleiht und man sich so das Würzen sparen kann.
