We like to eat Sauce Hollandaise, not only with asparagus. I prefer to make it myself. But because of my job and the household, I often don't have the time. With the Sauce Hollandaise from Erntesegen, you can sometimes resort to the bag version. It's quick to mix, tastes very good and is still a healthy middle ground. No comparison to the cardboardy tasting tetrapack products!

Wir essen gern Sauce Hollandaise, nicht nur zu Spargel. Am liebsten mache ich sie selbst. Aber durch Job und Haushalt habe ich oft nicht die Zeit dazu.
