Sehr gute aber auch sehr intensive Würze. Von daher empfehle ich, beim Benutzen sehr sorgfältig und zaghaft damit umzugehen. Wenn man es aber einmal raus hat mit der Dosierung, ist es ein Bereicherung in der Küche.
