Actually, I only use Himalayan salt now. It has some natural minerals and the missing iodine can be replaced with broccoli, spinach or who knows what. And no matter how loudly the sceptics shout, it is no better than household salt. Let them use theirs, I'll definitely stick to the original salt.

Eigentlich benutze ich nur noch das Himalayasalz. Es kann mit einigen natürlichen Mineralien aufwarten und das fehlende Jod kann man mit Brokkoli, Spinat oder wer weiß was ersetzen. Und mögen die Skeptiker noch so laut rufen, es wäre nicht besser als Haushaltssalz. Lass sie ihres benutzen, ich bleibe definitiv beim Ur-Salz.
