Application:
Preparation of porridge: stir 25-30 g TAU into 200 ml cold water or milk. Bring to the boil while stirring. Simmer for one minute. Refine with vegetables or fruit as desired.
Preparation of a drink: stir 15 g TAU into 200 ml cold water, juice or milk. Bring to the boil while stirring. Simmer for one minute.
