Application:
Preparation Porridge: Stir 25-30 g of TAU into 200 ml of cold water or milk. Bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer for a minute. Refine with vegetables or fruit as desired.
Preparation Beverage: Stir 15 g TAU into 200 ml of cold water, juice or milk. Bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer for a minute.
