ErdmannHAUSER Organic Kornfix made from Spelt. For Kornfix, the spelt is gently roasted directly using a thermal process. This gives Kornfix its particularly intense nutty roasted aroma. The whole grain is then finely crushed. Quick to prepare in approx. 20 minutes. For all kinds of savoury and sweet dishes.

Application:
1. Put 1 cup of Kornfix, 2 cups of water and a little salt in a pot and bring to the boil for 2 minutes.
2. Switch off the hotplate and leave the Kornfix to swell in the pot for about 20 minutes. Stir frequently in between.
3. Before serving, loosen the mixture with a fork.
