: Review date:The gingerbread is still fresh and juicy. I have often had the experience that from the second week of Advent onwards, gingerbread usually tastes quite old and dry. This one is no exception. That's probably a problem for the manufacturers in general. My tip: Buy and eat them beforehand. I particularly like Erdmann Hauser's gingerbread because of the honey and the Christmas spice mix.
Noch sind die Lebkuchen schön frisch und saftig. Ich habe schon öfters die Erfahrung gemacht, dass Lebkuchen so ab der zweiten Adventswoche meist schon recht alt und trocken schmecken. Auch diese hier. Das ist vermutlich allgemein ein Problem der Hersteller. Mein Tipp: Unbedingt schon vorher kaufen und auch essen. Die Lebkuchen von Erdmann Hauser mag ich besonders gerne wegen dem Honig und der weihnachtlichen Gewürzmischung.
