This bulgur tastes super delicious. So nutty and it also smells great, caramelised somehow :-)

The bulgur from ErdmannHAUSER is by far the best I know. This is probably because it is of very good quality (it even meets the high Demeter requirements). I have already tried all the varieties, but I like the bulgur made from durum wheat best. It's nice and crunchy, has a delicious nutty taste and is easy to digest. I usually use it for my homemade fritters. The 500 grams last me several months, as it is very filling. I can really recommend ErdmannHAUSER bulgur with a clear conscience. It is worth trying out all the varieties to find your favourite.

Der Bulgur von ErdmannHAUSER ist mit Abstand der Beste, den ich kenne. Das liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass er von sehr guter Qualität ist (er entspricht sogar den hohen Anforderungen von Demeter). Ich habe bereits alle Sorten ausprobiert, aber den Bulgur aus Hartweizen esse ich am liebsten. Er ist schön kernig, hat einen leckeren nussigen Geschmack und ist leicht verdaulich. Meist verwende ich ihn für meine selbstgemachten Bratlinge. Die 500 Gramm reichen bei mir mehrere Monate, da er sehr sättigend ist. Ich kann den Bulgur von ErdmannHAUSER wirklich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es lohnt sich, alle Sorten durchzuprobieren, um seinen Favoriten zu finden.
